Change Orders/Exchanges/Stock Returns
All Change Orders, Exchanges, or Stock Returns must be pre-approved. Custom Orders are absolutely NOT refundable or returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from the credit adjustments to your Trade-Only account.
